I, Jean Wolford, of Jean Wolford Photography am the rightful copyright owner of these digital images. I authorize the owner of this disk (or download from dropbox.com or shootproof.com) the right to print these files. Original copyright remains with the photographer. PRINT GUARANTEE The photos may be printed but not altered or edited in any way other than by the photographer and alterations is a violation of the copyright. I guarantee print quality only when photos are printed at MPIX.com, Costco, or using me to order your prints. SOCIAL MEDIA Proper recognition of Jean Wolford Photography is required when publishing photos and using them online (example-like when putting them on Facebook, tag Jean Wolford Photography, do not use Instagram editing or filters, do not crop the photo, etc.). If you are having difficulty tagging the Jean Wolford Photography Facebook page on your photo(s), please copy/paste : Photo Credit - www.jeanwolfordphotos.com CONTESTS Cannot be entered into any contest without my prior written consent and without proper credit to Jean Wolford Photography. Photos may not be used to make money without prior written consent and without proper credit to Jean Wolford Photography. Any photo that will be used in a commercial capacity for marketing of any kind will require a conditional use permit from Jean Wolford Photography. VENDORS In the event a vendor you are using would like a copy of any photo from the gallery I provide you, please refer them to contact me. A conditional use permit and/or proper release from Jean Wolford Photography will be required. In the event that a vendor uses any photo on social media without proper credit and written approval, you may be subject to a $150.00 charge per photo. In all scenarios we want to establish a working partnership with any and all vendors within the community. MARKETING The client gives Jean Wolford Photography approval to use any and/or all photos as chosen by the photographer for social media, marketing, or other legal use with Jean Wolford Photography. If you have a very specific need to not have your photos used on social media, please let me know prior to your session. EDITS All edits are at the discretion of the photographer at Jean Wolford Photography. We do basic, clean and classic editing (This includes acne). The client confirms they have taken the time to review the photographer's portfolio at www.instagram.com/jeanwolfordphotography and agrees with the photographer's editing style
