Cancellation Policy
- Full payment is due at booking. This is a non-refundable event, but under certain circumstances, and given at least 72 hours notice, may be transferred to another session. Work with Jean Wolford on a case by case basis. - All edits are at the discretion of the photographer. We do basic editing. Any additional detail editing requested above and beyond color correction and lighting may be done as requested a $45.00 per digital photo. - Additional photos may be purchased at $25 each, but not required. - Themed minis are not sessions that can be rescheduled; unless it is due to weather and we have to reschedule the entire day and all of the clients. - A no show will not be refundable or transferable. If arriving late, that will cut into your session time. In some cases we may be able to work you into the end of the day, but this is not always an option. Please work with Jean Wolford on a case by case scenario. It is best to text her with any issues as soon as they arrive to keep the lines of communication open. - Agree to the model/print release. Usage and printing rights are given to the client. Photographer retains copyright.
